I have wanted to tell you how much coming to Ultimate Fitness has improved
the quality of my life. On Aug 14 this year I injured my left knee at work.
I was limping around like an old man and at 268lbs. I had a really hard
time just getting up and down the stairs at home. As of tonight I weighed
in at 243lbs and am running 4 miles on the tread mill. My knee still needs
the ice sometimes , but now I can blast up the stairs no problem.

Thanks for giving me a place to find my old self.

Just wanted to thank you, and let know that I killed the fitness testing in camp last Friday. As I told you last week, my body fat was 2% lower than ever before. My vertical jump and pull up scores were around the same as last year, but on "the big two" tests I did really well.

On the wind-gate (30 second bike sprint measuring power, anything over 12 is considered really good), I scored a 12.1 compared to a 10.8 last year, then on the VO2 Max test (bike ride to exhaustion), I had the best score in camp!

Thank you  for all your help this summer. After doing the prowler workouts, I feel unbelievable on the ice. Not only am I in great shape, but I'm way more explosive and I've noticed that I'm a lot stronger on the puck too.

Looking forward to more work-outs next summer!

"On the topic of your cut out caloric drinks...I have done that for the past
3 weeks minus one weekend and as I have told you I feel great.  Not only
does that help me cut back what I eat since I don't get the munchies as
much drinking water, it is not the same washing down chips with a water.
Also in not quite 3 weeks minus that one weekend I have lost 9 pounds and
my blood presure is down (I went to the doctors yesterday).  That is alot
of results from just working out and cutting out caloric drinks, imagine if
I tackle my diet even more.  I don't even drink green tea...only water.

Your program is the best (and hardest - but that is a good thing!! - no pain, no gain, right?!?) I have ever done and I just wanted you to know that you are both an integral part of my success!
