Hey, I bet my title got you to open this newsletter much faster. haha Well, we are happy to anounce that Sarah is the Provincial Powerlifting champ in her weight class (148lbs) for 2008. She dominated again at the provincial championships in Windsor last weekend. She squatted a PR of 319 lbs, bench pressed 205 lbs and deadlifted a PR of 341 lbs. She will now be preparing for the Canadian Championships that will take place in Saskatchewan in April 2009. Congratulations Sarah! I'm again going to give you a heads up on the future. Hopefully you are still working hard at losing 1lb per week so you are 16lbs lighter at new years. (like we discussed back in August) So now I want to remind you that if you plan on taking a tropical vacation this winter or just want a head start on the 2009 swimsuit season, NOW is the time to put a plan into action. Start with the end goal, and a deadline. For example: you are going to Jamaica on the last week of January, and you want to drop 10lbs so you look good on the beach. Now lets find the plan that best suits your needs. Boot Camp 2X per week plus 2 gym sessions? Boot camp 3X per week plus an evening jog with your dog. If you really want to get on the fast track we can get you on the personal training pack that will put you in your beach body in no time. We are currently working on offering some new training packs in december that will include more affordable semi-private training and monthly payment plans. Stay Tuned. Finally I want to tell you about how much I'm enjoying NEO-LEAN lately. With my quest to be a leaner athlete, I've started adding 2 Neo-lean caps in the morning to help me pound out the early cardio sessions. I also use 2 caps in the afternoon to keep me on top of my game for my evening weight training.
