One for the lazy, two for the slow!

Hey, 
 
Have you ever gotten home from work and just dumped onto 
the couch feeling like you could go lights out for the 
night? 
 
Of course you have, we all feel this way from time to time. 
 
Slow, sluggish, lazy. 
 
 
Here's my solution. 
 
 
I'll bet you guessed it was going to be real simple.  
(I always try and keep it simple) 
 
Pack your gym bag BEFORE you leave for work in the morning, 
and throw it in the car with you when you leave. 
 
This way you don't have to stop at home after work, before 
heading to the gym. 
 
It's amazing how much motivation gets lost when you just 
stop in at home for a quick snack and to grab you training 
gear. 
 
Eliminate the opportunity to fall into the slow, lazy state 
of mind that so often hits us after work. 
 
 
 
 
 
I am helping run an amateur strongman show this Saturday at 
the Carp Fair.  
 
The action starts at 1pm. Come check out some of the areas 
up and comers on the strongman scene. (it will be a good 
show) 
ANd your's truly will be the MC.
