Hey,

I'm on top of things this week. We've got training sessions flying in all directions, we've got bootcamps kicking a$$ all over the place and I'm still putting lots of time and effort into getting the new Renfrew location up and running.

What I want YOU to do this week is TELL SOMEBODY.

Tell them about how much better you feel since you started training with us.

Tell them about how much more energy you have in you daily activities

Tell them about how you can twist the top off the pickles like never before

Tell them about the new jeans you had to buy coming into fall because all your pants from last year are too big.


I want you to take a bow, give yourself a pat on the back, and let people know about the benefits of your hard work and how it's making you look and feel better.


Getting some positive feedback from your peers is a good thing.
(Builds Confidence)


Here's the traininig tip of the day.

Be spontaneous once in a while. Pick one day this week and perform your entire work-out in reverse order.

It will shake up your system and trick your body into thinking you're doing something new.

It's also an easy way to get out of the mental rut of an old program.
