Hey, I've got just 2 things for you today. 1) Keep things simple. Spending time debating whether you burn more calories on the elliptical as opposed to the treadmill, or whether dumbbells are better than barbells is just clogging up your valuable time. Just pick one and get to work. 2) Consistency. Eating well for one week isn't enough. You've got to make a lifestyle change. You've got to get into the gym and hit it hard week in and week out. Before any excuses even pop into your head, take a minute and think about how good you will feel if you finally drop a dress size, or have to buy some new swimsuits for your winter vacation in the tropics. I'm gonna make it real easy for you. (That's what I love to do) Bootcamps are kicking more A$$ than ever and people are really starting to buzz about the results. Maybe personal training is more your thing. You want the work load customized to your specific needs and that one on one motivation is right up your alley.
