Hey,

I hope you had a great labour day weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed the weather and a couple of days off.

On Monday night I found myself craving an ice cream cone. So Sarah and I put the pen to paper (my left hand actually) and went out in the backyard and hammered out 2 rounds of this simple 100rep work-out.

40 squats
20 push-ups
20 Jumps
20 close grip push-ups

It was just what we needed to prime ourselves for that ice cream cone.
Of course we washed them down with a Vanilla Fusion protein shake.

I returned to the gyms with a fresh attitude and a rested body.

I want to remind you that there are a little over sixteen weeks until New Years.

If you lose 1lb of fat per week from now until then you'd be at least 16 pounds lighter by New Years Eve.

This is very, very doable.

Labour day is over, let it mark the end of BBQ burgers and back yard beer drinking.

Get started on a solid fat loss program to make massive changes by January.

Our training schedule is starting to fill up fast for the fall, so if you are ready to make a lifestyle change, don't wait. Or you may end up missing out.


I again want to mention that we are very excited about moving the Renfrew location. (we are moving to 405 Hall Ave East)

If everything stays on Schedule we will be starting the move very soon. I'll keep you posted.
