Stay the course

Hey,

When we first start a new program on get training again after a lay-off, we need to be patient when it comes to seeing the results.

Quite often people start to panick after about 2 weeks.

I think that most marketing media makes us feel like drastic results are possible in 28 days or there-abouts.

I'm calling bull $hit on this.

Those myths only achieve one thing. More magazine and product sales.

In my experience, visible results (on average) start to occur around week 5 or 6 of following a solid training program and keeping your nutrition in check.

Of course there is always going to be someone you know, or someone you've heard about doing faster and looking better.

Well gues what, they got the gift. (they can thank their mom and dad for that)

For the rest of us, we need to bust our butts and be patient.

The point I'm trying to drive home here is that too many people start out really well, but give up or quit after 2-3 weeks. You nee to stay the course.

The most solid and permanent results take time. (at least 5-6 weeks to see something happening)





I truly want to hear more succes stories from you.

Tell me about a great work-out you had, or even a great week of work-outs. Tell me about how you had to go shopping for smaller pants. Anything that's positive to you.
