Quit procrastinating
August 12, 2008
Hey, So the rain keeps coming, on and off, almost everyday. But guess what. I’ll take rain over snow and cold anytime. If it’s raining and you can’t be active outside, come to the gym and kick some a$$. Whether it’s in a boot camp, in a personal training session or even just on your own to try and break your rowing record. I often talk about how our boot camps are awesome and get you into shape like nothing else. So I think it’s time I gave some props to our personal training. You definitely see them in the gym. Usually drenched in sweat and trying to catch their breath, while Sarah, Kerri or I are urging them to push the limits, do it with good form and beat their previous best. They are the personal training regulars. Ask them what they think? They won’t lie. I’m sure many of them even have something negative to say, like “that damn Paul, he’s a slave driver. He never lets me have an easy session.” I live for those types of negative comments. Because they are usually followed by comments like, “I’m down a pant size” or “I have lots of energy all day at work” and my personal favorite, “I can really notice how much stronger I am”. They (the regulars) are the ones that have goals and are working hard to get the job done. Reaching your goals is our first priority. Not only have our training methods proved to be second to none. The prices are also CRAZY cheap. Go ahead and price shop some other trainers and see what I’m talking about. We make damn sure you get the best value when you become a client of Ultimate Fitness. So you should be thinking to yourself, “Why is he plugging the prices? I hope they don’t plan on jacking them up to match the rest of the training industry.” No… We aren’t going to jack them up. But we are raising them a whopping $1 per session. And we are not going to do it until Sept 1st. So consider this your heads up to jump on that training pack or boot camp class pass you’ve been eyeing up all summer. Quit procrastinating and let’s get your butt into shape. See you at the gym Paulv P.S. I’ll talk to you again on Thursday to fill you in on our events this past weekend.
