July is just about in the bag.  
 
Have you been to the beach yet? 
 
I've been out twice and it's really relaxing to just chill 
out with a swim and play fetch with my dog. 
 
It's not too late to get the body you want before the 
sweaters and long pants are needed again.

Sarah and I are pleased to be introducing Kerri Dunsmore. 
Kerri is our new personal trainer and team member here at 
UF. She will be training clients and leading some 
bootcamps in the Arnprior location. She will training 
clients using the same kick a$$ template that UF has been 
using since day 1. She's ready to help you reach your 
goals.
