I mean really getting it?

And here's a recipe that will keep you on track and make you popular at your next summer gathering.

Fresh fruit protein smoothie

Ingredients:
5-6 large ice cubes
2-3 scoops of Whey protein (strawberry banana or pina-colada Whey gourmet work best)
1/2 cup of fresh strawberries
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple
1 medium banana
1 cup of water

How to make:
Put the ice cubes in the blender and chop them up into marble sized chunks
Add all the berries, the banana and the protein powder.
Start adding water and begin blending.
Add water while blending until desired consistency is reached.

Serve in a tall glass.
