Half way there.

Hey, I got this in my mailbox yesterday. Very solid points. "Today marks the halfway point of the year. The entire first half of 2008 has already passed- there are now only six months to 2009. How are those New Year's Resolutions looking now? Are you on track with those New Years Resolutions? Are you on track with your goals? If you wanted to lose 20lbs this year - are you down 10lbs already? If your goal was to do 250 workouts - have you completed 125 ?" It's amazing how time passes so quickly. I kicked a$$ at the ontario's strongest man competition, and finished in second place. (this is a big deal for me) And I'll be competing at nationals (Canada's Strongest Man) in Quebec City on August 16th and 17th. (TSN usually airs the comp around christmas)Pretty cool eh?
