Hey,

I'm starting to feel like this is really one sided relationship.

I want to offer you the opportunity to have any of your questions related to training and nutrition or just about Ultimate Fitness in general, answererd.

But I'm going to warn you in advance, I like to think of myself as a "straight shooter", no non-sense kind of person. So that's all I can promise you in the answers I give. Simple, to the point, honest answers and I'll probably throw in some of my opinions as well.

So if you can handle the truth, sans sugar coating and bullsh!t
get on the board and fire away with the questions.



I also want to address something that's been really on my mind at the gyms lately.

Quite often when I'm doing a boot camp or helping clients kick a$$ in the gym with a personal training session, I hear comments from other gym members about how they are glad their not the one working hard. ??????????
This blows my mind!

Let me show the translation.

"Wow, I'm sure glad it's you he's torturing and not me."
T-"Wow, I'm not committed enough to reaching my goals to work as hard as you."

I hate to be rude about it but c'mon. The people working their butts off and sweatting up a storm, usually look like they are suffering. But in reality they are taking steps towards reaching their goals. (And most of the time they love coming to the gym to work hard and apparently "suffer")

I feel pretty strongly about training and success in the gym.

I hope you do too.
