Hey, 
 
It still feels like I just got back from Ohio. 
 
Mostly because the seminar was amazing, and I've been 
quoting things all week, but also because I'm just starting 
to get mobility back after the 24hr round trip of driving. 
 
I have a new respect for people on the road on a regular 
basis. 
 
And here is my suggestions if you are on a long trip: 
-when you stop for food or fuel, get out and do some 
stretching 
-focus on the low back (toe touches) and the hips (lunges). 
-bring an extra sweatshirt to ball up as extra lumbar 
support while driving. 
 
Now the seminar, wow, it was something else. It would take 
me way to long to describe how much I enjoyed it and how 
much we learned.  
I'll probably write another article like I did after 
Defranco's seminar last year.
