Here comes swimsuit season!

Hey,
How about that awesome weather this past weekend?
I got a sunburn while I was out kicking a** at the first
strongman competition of the season.
As the weather and the water warm up, we must take action
to get ready for SWIMSUIT SEASON!
If you have been busting your butt and paying close
attention to your nutrition, then you should be right on
schedule.
If you have been procrastinating and not pushing the
envelope then I've got 2 words for you.
BOOT CAMP
It doesn't matter if you are busy and have to take your
kids here or there, or if you have a crazy shift at work.
There is a boot camp time slot that you can fit in. Check

As I've said many times before, consistency is the key to
