Get rid of the love handles

Hey, 
 
I'm gonna tell you how you can get rid of the most hated 
fat store on your body.  
 
The lovehandles, or lately I've heard it refered to by the 
ladies as muffin top. 
 
Here's the question I get asked all the time: 
 
What's a good exercise to get rid of my lovehandles/muffin 
top. 
 
 
 
Are you ready folks? 
 
 
 
The answer to the big question is that there is no single 
exercise that will get rid of the fat around your waist. 
 
YOU CANNOT SPOT TRAIN FAT! 
 
You must get leaner. Plain and simple. Burn more calories 
than you take in. 
 
My suggestion on how to combat the fat, is to work hard and 
eat less. 
 
Or join bootcamp or hire Sarah or myself to train you. We 
put out the type of work-out that you can't do on your own. 
 
Why is it so hard to do it yourself? 
 
Because your body tells your brain to stop when things get 
tough. And your brain listens. 
 
We don't listen to your brain. We know you can do more. 
 
 
But remember, we provide the map, you still have to make 
the journey. 
 
You must be committed and in it for the long haul.
