Never stop learining

Hey, Sarah and I are pretty excited about our upcoming trip to London Ohio, to attend the elite fitness systems "VIP" seminar. It's a chance for us to learn first hand from the best in the business. We take the "never stop learning" mantra seriously. It helps us, help you. It also helps us improve our own training, which in turn helps us help you. One of the big things on my mind going into this seminar, is how to put on an effective seminar. I've done a few small seminars in the past, and I plan on doing some more in the near future. It allows me to answer all the "big' questions that people have. It also lets me open you up to new ideas and methods that Sarah and I are always experimenting with. What have you done to improve your fitness and nutrition knowledge lately? There's tonnes of info out there, just make sure it doesn't sound too good to be true. Next week I'll tell you how I sift through all the masses of training and nutrition info and pick-out what works and what sucks. Don't forget that Boot Camp is cancelled for this Saturday April 5th.
