Hey, 
 
I hope you had a great easter weekend. 
 
Sarah and I enjoyed our day off. 
 
But now it's back to the grind stone. 
 
If you are like me, you probably did a little over 
indulging at the dinner table. (turkey feast) 
 
So now you feel a little guilty, and a little bloated. 
 
Here's my answer to jumpstart your metablolism and a great 
"finisher" for your next training session. 
 
Tabata turkish get-ups; the tabata method can be applied 
to any exercise but works best with compound movements. 
 
How does it work?  
 
You perform 8 timed sets of T-get-ups with 10 second rests 
in between each set. 
 
So it looks like this: 20 seconds of as many t-get-ups as 
you can do. (go fast, but keep good form), rest for 10 
seconds, repeat 7 more times. 
 
It's a little bit on the tough side, but nobody said 
getting in great shape was easy.
