My Favourite Exercise

March 13, 2008

Hey,

Everyone has a favourite and a least favourite exercise.

And guess what?

There's a reason for this.

We always like the exercises that we are good at.
(Example: My favourite lift is the deadlift. Why, because
my deadlift kicks A$$! I'm good at it, it almost comes
naturally.)

And we tend to spend the most time trainig our favourites.

While our least favourite exercises are the ones that we
are not so good at, and usually skip them whenever the
chance presents itself.

Wake up folks, you need to spend MORE time training the
lifts that you don't like.

Put your least favourite exercise first in the work-out.
Do it as often as possible.

Treat it like an enemy that you want to conquer.

Train that exercise relentlessly until it is one of your
best lifts.

And guess what, you'll be further ahead than when you
started.

Ultimate Fitness will be opened on Good Friday (March 21st,
2008)
But we will be closed on Easter Monday. (March 24th, 2008)

This applies to both locations.

Have a happy St. Patricks Day weekend.

Train yourself green. (was the incredible hulk irish?)
