Train now, for Results Now?

Have you ever noticed how many people give up on their training program after only a few weeks and jump into a "new one"? Let me share something with you. If you've only been following a program for a few weeks, it is a "new one". Chances are, you haven't followed the program correctly and definately haven't given it time to take effect. It's rediculous to expect amazing results in only a couple of weeks. It takes many things to create great results. And the one we're talking about today is CONSISTENCEY. One of the common factors among individuals that have achieved success in the gym is that they have been working hard FOR A LONG TIME. Now don't get me wrong. Getting your nose to the grindstone and fixing your diet will have you getting some changes happening, but to really reach "the level" you must stick to the plan for a long time. You must have a "really good training week", every week. And you have to keep the diet in check, every week, weekends included. Fat doesn't take the weekend off. Missing a training session is going to happen from time to time. And we can make all the excuses we want, but in the end we only get out, what we put into our training. How bad do want to reach your goals? You haven't missed a training session in weeks, good for you. Keep up the good work. You haven't had a work-out in weeks, you're not trying hard enough.
