Marc Leduc
Marc Leduc is the newest member of the Ultimate Fitness Training Staff.
Marc grew up in Kanata playing many different sports, including: soccer, baseball, lacrosse, hockey and football. He played football for the Bell Warriors, Myers Riders (OVFL) and Bel-Air Norsemen before he went to the University of Windsor, where he played football for 4 seasons (2004-2007) as a defensive back.
Since moving back home, Marc has gained experience as a personal trainer while previously working at Goodlife Fitness. Marc has been weight training for 8 years, and is constantly researching ways to improve his knowledge in the field of health and fitness.
As a result of playing football for over 10 years, Marc has undergone 3 shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery, which forced him to learn how to rehabilitate injuries in order to get back on the playing field. This is now one of his biggest strengths as a personal trainer.
Marc also enjoys coaching football, and has worked as an instructor at an Ottawa Lions track and field camp.
Marc is looking forward to helping you reach your health and fitness goals at Ultimate Fitness.
