Boot Camp

So I signed up for boot camp...I've been to 2 whole classes (ball hockey interferred with the schedule), and already I've noticed small changes in myself. I sleep better, have more energy, and am surprisingly less irritable! The biggest gain I have achieved from boot camp so far is I immediately quit smoking after the first class. With my lungs threatening to explode and a good big puke ready to expell at any time, I decided that it was a good time to give up the darts. It's been almost 2 weeks and I feel pretty good about it...I'll keep you posted!

Hey Chi Chick, I'm glad to hear you really are seeing some immediate benefits of the bootcamps. If you continue to train your a$$ off, you will start seeing many more health and appearance benefits. Be patient and keep working hard I'm glad we helped you quit smoking so fast. ---------- A fist full of steel
