There is no definitive answer to your question.
Everyone is different.
But to give you an idea, the "average" with our bootcampers is usually around 10-12 classes before they start to notice some changes. (This is pretty fast compared to other group fitness programs we've used in the past)
The speed of your success is also based on the frequency of your training in our boot camp and your nutrition habbits in addition to training.
To summarize, if you come to bootcamp a minimum of twice per week for 3-4 weeks and eat right, you will see a difference.
