Please share your favourite great eating recipes or ideas here. I'll start, I have no imagination, but I often make up a veggie heavy spaghetti sauce that I can eat like a chili (ie. no pasta) throughout the week. I mix in some cottage cheese sometimes to cut the tomatoeness & add more protein.

Ok, so it isn't really a recipe, but I have been enjoying a tuna salad that I have created. Maybe this is only good to me because I was dieting fairly strict and my options were limited; but here we go: Baby spinach with the Thai flavoured tuna, a few red peppers and cottage cheese mixed in. No dressing required. The tuna is pretty spicey hot, but the cottage cheese calms it down quite a bit. That's it. Something new anyways....

I have been on a mass gaining diet so most of my recipes are not for everyone. But here's my new addiction. High Protein Peanut butter and Jam sandwhich, hold the sandwhich. 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese. (or in my case the whole container) 1 Tbsp of Natural peanut butter 1 tsp of your favourite Jam. Stir all ingredients until it looks like something in a clogged toilet. Enjoy with a spoon. Note: Keep the jam for post work-out only. But it can be an anytime snack if you just use PB. It looks gross but tastes amazing. ---------- A fist full of steel

The PB sandwhich without the bread should be used carefully. If added in between all regular meals, it can cause serious mass gains. And if you are training your ass off, it should be good gains. DO you have a last name Greg? Or is skinny your last name? ---------- A fist full of steel

For anyone trying to pack on some muscle, And if you're ever in Petawawa. There's a place called the Petawawa Pizzaria, and they have a burger called the dito burger. It's 3 home-made patties with bacon and cheese. The staff will be impressed if you finish it and the fries. Not for the weak! ---------- A fist full of steel

If you feel like going out for dinner try to find an authentic Brazilian-style restaurant. No menus - just a buffet rate for each person. Start with the salad bar then sit down & they bring the grilled spits of meat around & you can have as much as you want. Freakin' amazing!!! They will serve everything from lamb to baby beef to chicken. The meat is HOT off the grill & the best I've had in some time! Very much a nice change to trying to find something good on a menu. YUM! ---------- No life ever grows great until it is focused, dedicated and disciplined.

That does sound pretty good Tania. We aren't as close to Brazil as you are. Do they do take-out? What's the weather like there now? Is it still summerlike? ---------- A fist full of steel

Ok - so I (foolishly) thought there would be a brazilian restaurant in ottawa but google is coming up empty-handed for me. Bet Toronto or Montreal has one. One more reason for you to buy a plane ticket... It still feels like summer here but the rains should be starting pretty soon now. ---------- No life ever grows great until it is focused, dedicated and disciplined.
