Strongman Events Training

Small group coaching on over a dozen different strongman events.  Learn how to press a log, load atlas stones and complete heavy farmer's walks.  Strongman training can be a great supplement to your current strength training as well as prepare you to compete in amateur strongman competitions is the future.
